Our 2023 winter Snack Pack event was a success!
We had a record number of volunteers to help assemble 1,000 Snack Packs on Martin Luther King Day. We also collected more than $1,800 to help offset the cost of $6 per pack. Incredible!!
Since its inception in 2009, CFA’s Weekend Snack Pack Program has provided more than 290,000 packs of nutritious, nonperishable, easy-to-prepare food to children to ensure they get enough food on weekends and holidays. With help from CFA and us, these children can avoid hunger when they can’t depend on school meals.

About CFA’s Weekend Snack Pack Program
Many children who receive free or reduced-price school meals are left without adequate nutrition when school is not in session. CFA’s Weekend Snack Pack Program (WSPP) is designed to fill this gap by providing healthy, kid-friendly, and easy to prepare snack foods to children at risk of hunger.
